Thanks for this. It's a shame that Oliva's work is not better known overall; his CDs are near-impossible to find in the States. While he comes from the Bill Evans - Paul Bley - Keith Jarrett lineage, he has a distinctive sound and style. (Interestingly, he's also played and recorded with the same drummer as those 3 pianists, Paul Motian.) His other recordings are worth tracking down as well.
